OZ NZ completed it's first Bear Run. Grats to everyone involved and it feels damn good for all the hard work we put into this. Expect many more to come!

Well, summer is here, and that is always a time of transition, for a lot of reasons. We've had a few members leave to form their own guild, some stopped playing after three years of constant raiding, some are on vacation, a few are deployed over seas... and the rest of us are working hard to recruit and fill in their ranks!

Thanks to the new website (where signing up for raids - and leaving reasons you can't raid) making it easier to manage our member population and help raid planning easier, we are also recruiting very hard for the best of the best players to join our ranks.

Look for a bunch of new guild invites over the next week as we re-tool our roster and get back into Black Temple pwning T6 bosses.

For all new applicatants - we know the application form is long, and you'll be interviewed by at least two officers, if not three, before you are invited. If you make it in, you'll know you are part of a very exclusive guild that wants to excel in high end raiding without ruining our Real Life.

If I was going to say one thing about this guild versus other high end guilds is that we don't raid six hours a day seven days a week. We raid 3 hours a day, four days a week, just 12 hours of raiding per week. That means there is very little room for error, and that means we only invite the most exceptional of players.
